Highly unsatisfied customer.

I Vinolia Sangoane I was at Ackermans Riverside Vanderbijlpark on 20th June 2024 doing a refund. I mistakenly left my phone on the counter I realized after 10 minutes. I went back to the store the cashier on duty told me she didn't see my phone and they don't have any cameras in their store. We tried to call my phone using the store phone it was answered by some lady which she dropped just when I asked her to bring back my phone. I contacted the Head office the regional manager called me and said he's sorry. I believe the store was supposed to write a note outside that incase you lose something inside the store, the store won't be responsible for any lose.
