Highly Disgusted

I have never been so Disgusted with the service I received today at Ackermans Protea Gardens in Soweto... Don't get me wrong your clothes are beautiful but the level of Customer service is appalling.. I waited in the queue for an unnecessary 30mins, the staff including the Manager were busy chatting and laughing with each other while we wait to be served, the store of extremely hot to a point where a little girl faited in the store, the staff did not seem bothered, the only person willing to help was a lady security who escorted the child to the front of the queue where the little girl threw up, the cashiers continued to talk about this child instead of helping her... When I finally got to pay for my goods the lady who served me was very unfriendly and continued to talk to her colleague about the kid that fainted before she assisted me... I feel as a company you need to have a relook at the people you hired and hire people that actually want to work, on top of that COVID19 regulations were not followed - THERE WAS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING.... Please have a serious look into this because honestly this is totally unacceptable....
