Help get my money back from ackermans

Peter can you please help to get my money back from ackermans. I have an account with ackermans and they been deducting a funeral policy without my knowledge. Ackermans made there investigation and the result showed that I never agreed nor app**** for.a policy. I send a lot of emails to them regarding my query and they never responded. I can't leave the big business like them **********ly get away with my money. Is the any legal way I can take to get what's mine.
