Hellopeter

Hellopeter. I'm Rivoningo Nghonyama, I sent my phone for repair at Mkhuhlu ackermans on the 03 january beacause it would sometimes freezes since i bought it and after a while its button were'nt working well so i sent it back. I waited for the 6 weeks to get my phone back but i did'nt.I made followups going to their shop and through phone calls and on the 7th of march i was told that my phone was handed on a corrier and i should wait for two weeks. Its been a month since and only yesterday i got a message from acketmans maneger sending me the payment quatation and when a through that quation it was printed on the 29th of january and am only getting it 3 months later. In their quation it is said that i have to pay R2 600 or else they will sell my phone, mind you i bought that phone R3 500. And they say my phone had dents and sim card faults and my phone only had freezing problems .
