HBad service humiliation PIER 14 ACKERMANS

What a bad service Went to Pier 14 store to refund or return some of the clothes bought on laybye.Initially the cashier told me can't return laybye goods ask her call supervisor she told to do it and try to show her hw to. As we approach the door another employee ask for a slip from my daughter and she pointed at me as I am the one done the refund. As check on my pocket and I remember no slip that were issued to me and we had go back to the cashier for slip and cashier said the supervisor advise her not to give me the slip by I didn't and that left me wondering and left the store. Went to the lift get in as it closes here the supervisors hand blocking the lift door and I push the open door button. She chase after us cause we had a towel and ask for slop bt the towel was old. I thought ABT the humiliation cause she's running after us as if we HV ****** something and made me wonder why they didn't give slip
