Harassment

I have received several calls from Ackermans saying that I owe them money and I keep on telling them I do not have an account with them and never will as they service at the stores its bad, 28 January 2020 I sent the message on Ackermans' website to request that they should stop contacting me regarding an account that I do not have I even provided my ID and cell phone number they still continuing to harass me with calls and the call center agents are very rude
