Harassment by Ackermans and failure to close policy

I had an account with Ackermans and i dont use it at all, i had a policy with them also and closed it numerous times. Till date Ackermans still has the policy open and they are harrassing me on calls saying i owe them money. This is even affecting my credit score. I cant keep paying for something i dont want. Policies lapse but their does not, even worse i keep wasting my airtime cancelling but its still open.🚮im handling the matter to lawyers now.
