Harassment and abuse - Call Center

we have been harassed by the call center for payments everyday, with multiple calls. even at 19:30 at night. then the call center lady is even rude, dropping the call. We are paying the account every month, why are we getting this abuse for a company? i am not going let this GO at all. for me this is Harassment and abuse.
