Harassing for R115

The most disgusting service. I opened an account in July and used it to purchased twice. The total amount owing is R900 the statement was sent and I owe R115 as my installment which is due at the end of August. I have had 5 calls from the store to inform me that my installment is due and when will I pay.. And a sms to remind me.. Twice I answered while at work to hear this nonsense about my installment that is not even past the due date. What kind of system do you guys run that constantly has to remind people to pay.. My account is not in an arrears the 30th of the month isnt even here yet. Absolutely terrible service... Harassing customers for R115. Please use my ID and check out my credit score.
