Happy customer

#WIN, I had an issue with a product i bought 2 weeks back amd couldnt find my slip, the branch manager at Ackermans Longbeach was so understanding and helpful, i had such a pleasure dealing with her as she understood, she listened to what the issue was and then came up with a solution to solve the issue and that's what customer service is all about, she is a great asset to the company and i can aslo see why she's the manager, she knows exactly how to help and deal with customers, she deserves a raise for being so amazing, i would definitely recommend her branch.
