I shared my complain last time about Premio phone that I bought at Ackerman's...I just want to thank you hello Peter team really you have a purpose to assist people....my complain was resolved by the Divisional Manager I managed to get a new phone..now I can say I am a happy customer now.....

I would also to thank you Divisional manager that heared my cry and frustration and pushing for my complain to be taken into consideration.
