On Sunday, 20.05.2018, I visited the Ballito Lifestyle Centre branch to return clothing that I bough for my son. I was assisted by Prisca and Ayanda who were extremely helpful and accommodating. Long story short, I had removed the tags from the clothing but had to return because of the poor quality. These ladies were so great, without any fuss they happily exchanged the items that I had a problem with. I was definitely blown away!!! Well done!
