Great managerial skills

I just want to applaud the above mentioned manager Maponya mall. He is a Gem and he is to be groomed to be the leader he is meant to be. His dedication to help and resolve matters is out of this world. Impressive service.

I bought 2 items at Ackerman Joubert kerk (JHB CBD) and I was overcharged for one(R199 instead of R109) When I reported the matter at Maponya mall I was advised that I have to return to Joubert, however I am unable to and my daughter needs to wear the clothes tomorrow. I was overcharged because the barcode was entered manually and incorrectly. The item on the receipt does not correspond with the item I bought. Honestly the issue was beyond Thabo as he does not have proof of the item purchased. He made a few phonecalls to consult and ended up refunding me.

I applaud his customer service and managerial skills. He communicates well and is resolution orientated. Big ups!
