Great customer service

After complaining about Ackermans earlier this afternoon, I received a call within two minutes from their store manager who explained to me that there has been a shortage of hand sanitizer which we are all quite aware of, however he promised me that it would be sorted out. A few minutes ago e received a call from their head office notifying me that they had sourced a supplier however in the mean time have made other means and the the shop now has sanitizer available. I’m thankful for such a speedy response and that action was taken within minutes.
