Great customer service

For the past week, my sister and I have been looking for a jacket that I saw in one of the Ackermans branches. Unfortunately the item was sold out in the Vaal area. My mum contacted the Kempton Square branch and was assisted by John. Not only did the branch have the size I was looking for, but John offered to personally take the item to the branch in Lambton, which is close to my mum.
