great customer service!!

I had a great experience with the Ackerman's staff from the Festival Mall today, since I had made a silly mistake of picking shoes of different sizes whereas I had previously returned a yet another pair of sandals at the same store last week saturday. I expected frowns and bad attitude since it wasn't the first time I was returning items at their store not to mention the fact that it was almost their knock off time 18h00.. I received assistance from the cleaning lady who took the time to confirm if the shoes that I was returning were still available or not, the packing lady who kindly told me that they weren't available and that someone probably made the same mistake as I since the shoes were out of stock. The ladies at the tills greeted so well and assisted with kindness and smiles. In fact I was welcome with smiles by each one of them and they were all willing to assist. Thank you for picking such a great team for your store. Well done and shine on Ackermans Festival Mall!! Too impressive beyond words I say.
