GOOD PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
I am happy the way Pretoria area manager (Cynthia) solved my problem, when I experienced a poor payment transaction in Soshanguve south view(ackermans). And would like to say thank you, my account is now updated and keep on helping others who may experience similar issues in a professional manner.
