Good customer service when I least expected it

Today I went to ackermans Hazyview junction to exchange some items. I was assisted by two ladies Bongi and Patricia, their customer service was tops. The queue was long but they took their time to assist me. Since I was returning promo items, I was so confused and I didn't know what to do. They made sure that I understand and leave the store with right items. keep up the good work, thank you
