Good customer service

I've had a pleasant experience with Ackermans when I had bought a Mobile phone last year and it had a default on less than 5 months. I took it back to them, they sent it back to the supplier which was mobicel for repairs. After 2 months, I went to the store to enquire about when is it coming back, they advised me that it was back but had not been fully repaired and they were gonna send it back. Well I had news for them because I wasn't prepared to wait another 2 months, I gave them an ultimatum either they give me a new phone or pass full credit for the phone. I stormed out of the shop, the next day I got a phone call from the manager asking me to come to the store, they passed full credit of the phone, apologised and asked me to choose another phone. That to me was a good customer service!!!!
