Gift card *****

I got a gift card at ackermans Woodmead on 31 January. The recepient tried to use it about two weeks later and was told that the card was Rnil. Upon further investigation it was noted that the money was used at another branch. This is clearly *****/theft taking place. I have tried to call woodmead and the number is out of order. Please can someone assist asap!
