FRIENDLINESS
I have to comment on the friendliness of the staff in Ackermans Hatfield, no matter what day /moment/hour or minute ... you will get a smile on their faces. Well, I was thinking if their "co branches " could Pop in and see how they treat clients... they could gain a lot of knowledge of customer services. THUMBS UP PEP HATFIELD.
