I would give this review a 0 out of 5. Went to Ackermans in Central Pretoria 1467 van der walt street to purchase things for my son and get approached by a young man named Sinako Magadla wanting to give me a brochure of their funeral policy. As I'm approaching the till lil did I know they activating a policy on my behalf. I get an SMS two days later stating my policy number to my surprise. I send an email to the credico compliance manager with no response and end up having to wait until Monday to call the call center to cancel the policy. The service and product knowledge is little to be desired. Not to mention the ********* ways they go about making you take a policy you don't want.
