<p>Few months ago i was stoped i a store and offered family plan my details were taken and i was told that a representive will call me for more info ,weeks after wen someone did call me i requested to call me bak.</p> <p>I sent numerous emails with no response i eventually called in wen i recieved a sms this plan had been activated.</p> <p>I told the woman due to the lak of info i want to cancel this ,wen i got novembers statemnet i see it is in .once again numberous mails sent with no one contacting me back ,it is *****elant to place this on persons bills without consent,this is not the 1st time i have enquired into my statements been messes around with .this time it ia just *****elant .</p>
