***** INVOLVING ACKERMANS AND FINRITE

good day

i opened an account 6years back at Ackerman's, i was paying it nicely every month and last year September 2021 i payed up the account, on October 2021, i received a call saying that i am owing Ackerman's account to my surprise how because i payed up the acc, they also called again November 2021 at 19:30 pm is their time they used to call and at around 20:00pm. i went to Ackerman they told me that i have an policy with an insurance company called Finrite, a policy and company that i don't know about, and the person who is the beneficiary is unknown to me, i don't know the policy as I've never signed any documents concerning any policy documents. they are owing me soo much money and now they are busy asking so many things that you can see that they don't want to pay. last time we asked if they can tell us the person who registered the policy without my concern and the person i was talking with said she is not allowed to say a name of a person. Finrite does not call back and they don't write back to me. Ackerman's has also not accounted as to who apparently assistant me with opening the policy.
