I bout a gift card for my younger sister as a baby shower present at one of your Ackerman’s store on May 22. And then gifted it to my sister last week when she gets to the store they told her the card was redeemed and the balance is R 0.00. I went back to the Ackerman’s store where I bout a card they told me the card was redeemed on the 19 of June 17:31 at Ackerman in Sunny park, to my surprise I’ve never been in Pretoria since. Cause I stay in Soweto. I ask then how possible that can because I didn’t lose my card I still have it with me but the balance is R 0. 00 while I recharged with R 1000. The lady I spoke with at the head office by the name of Mar*** told me I need to investigate on my own.
