Please explain to me what is the family protector plan premium that keeps going off my account???? This is *****. you cannot make me pay for something i did not ask for or request. January and February's premium that i paid was not allocated to my account that i want to pay off and close due to this!!! i am given a stupid explanation of being overdrawn, in the meantime you are pulling off from my positive balance for a family protector plan that i did not consent to!!!!
