2020 July I went to Ackermans Diepkloof Square to change a pyjama that I bought for my baby that was torn and it was new, at the door I found the security and I told her about it and she told me go to the manager I went to the office and I found the lady by the name of Lerato I told her that I'm looking for a manager she told me she's the manager I told her I came to exchange then we went to the tills on our way I told her I want a laptop she asked which one I showed her then she ask if I have a buying power I told her I don't have but I going to pay cash she ask when I said I will come 2morrow, she asked me if I can borrow her money I told her I will ask my mom to borrow money from the society so that u don't loose your job because she told me that the reason she want the money she was short from the till she's was stressing about her father then she got short" then she will order one for me because those they have on the display is demo she will call me, she was calling me almost every day. First week August she called me to come I went and she told me that she did order that laptop I wanted because I told her is for my little sister and she's doing matric this year when I arrived at the store I found her receiving the stock and she told me is not there but she make sure when it arrives she will call me I gave her R5000, R3500 is for the laptop and R1500 is replace the money she was short with from the tills then I went home. Day's went by and weeks went by when I call her She doesn't answer my calls I took a taxi the following day because I don't stay in Diepkloof anymore I went to the store. I asked the security about her whereabouts she told me she on leave I went back next week I went back I found her colleague then I told her to call a manager they did he came by the name of Sezani I told him everything he told me he will get to the bottom of this and he told me they fired her because she's a *****. Sezani referred to me he's HR Ifraim. Ifraim called me and asked me to tell him what happened I did and he promised me that I will get my money back this is ***** an is not exceptable she's using Ackermans name to ***** people, he asks me to forward all the information I have about this I did. I forwarded this information in October they don't call me back I'm the one who's calling or taxing them last week I texted Ifraim he told me he was in limpopo for the funeral he will get back to me I did understand after a week he told me he was busy he will call me. Today on the 24/11/2020 i did 5 call me backs then called when I ask him he didn't call as he promised he told me he was busy he's sorry then he told me that I must go to the police station for my money because Lerato blocked them.
