Forced policy with Ackerman

<p>Am really not happy with Ackermans, I got an account with them for many years all of a sudden iv been paying a balance that doesn't end , went to enquire at Ackermans only to find out that they is a policy they claimed I joined since last year from Hollard which works with Ackermans surprisingly, called thier call centre which they failed to prove that I singed a contract with them to ***** my money with Ackermans every end of month, I did all they asked me to do so they attent me:Faxed my affidavit letter stating that I did not agree to thier policy but still heard nothing from both company. I blame Ackermans for not keeping my details safe and private and also allowing other companies to ***** my money without proving to them that I signed a contract with them. What kind of policy that doesnt even send u your statement monthly. I want to cancel my account with Ackermans and I want all the money they have been making m pay since last year. </p>
