Fone Yam Company – Harassing Calls Over Payment

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and harassing behavior of Fone Yam Company. Instead of handling a simple issue regarding a phone payment in a respectful and professional manner, they have resorted to calling me non-stop, harassing me about why I took the matter to Hello Peter.

Instead of addressing my concerns and resolving the issue amicably, they have shifted their focus to attacking me for seeking help through a consumer complaints platform. This is unacceptable! No customer should be subjected to repeated calls, ************, or pressured into silence just because they chose to voice their concerns publicly.

A company that values its customers should focus on solving issues, not making them worse by badgering the very people they should be helping. I expect better service and respect from any business, and Fone Yam has unfortunately shown they are more interested in bullying than in customer satisfaction.

I urge them to stop this harassment and deal with customer complaints professionally, or they risk losing more customers in the future.
