I bought pants on Saturday at Festival mall ackermans, I went to exchange yesterday as the size was too small. Today i received a Call from Busi Dlamini, a very bubbly lady asking how my service was and if I found the right size yesterday. I'm impressed with Ackermans Festival mall, especially Busi's service.
