Fire in Bapong

The Ackermans in Bapong burned on 09/04/2024. I had two LayBye there for children’s winter clothes. It has now been a month and clients have not been contacted as to when they will do refunds or transfer the LayByes to other branches. I went to other branches and they said the LayByes are not on their server. I have called Ackerman’s so many times and have been given the runaround’s with no resolution. It’s absolutely ridiculous that as a client, I have to consistently be in touch with them to sort out something as disastrous as a fire. I am absolutely furious.
