Feeling threatened

I wish I could give a half star, the experience I encounter today at Kaalfontein corner Ackermans where the cashier by the name of Queen Hadebe had to even to point her finger at me shouting, telling me that by her rendering services to me was of favor and I will have to wait for her finish with whatever she was doing so she can help either that I can't go to any tills as I will stop the service. She had a bad attitude, her tone is not of customer service as she can shout, bang the cashier xounter for attention so she could be heard. Even the manager seem to be scared of her as when I asked for her name, he had to write it down. She even threatened to deal with outside the store so pathetic. Though some of her colleagues advised her to keep quiet she would making those threats l, pointing fingers, shouting. Kindly hire people who want to work.
