Good day my name is aluwani nevhufumba I was wrking Ackermans for 8years so on april I decide to resign because I got another opportunity then since I app**** for my provident fund at Ackermans I never got respond or feedback then I decide to call Alexander forbes to check if ever the received application what suprise me the said the never received anything from my previous employee then I call Ackermans headoffice Pretoria to check with my previous HR she said no need to worry because she submit my documents nd now it's being almost 8 weeks ..I did try to send several email to other departments like *** but no respond or feedback am.getting I thoughts mybe someone fail to fo her job as am.not fighting just want to check what's going ,because i know some other people the apply after me but the got their fund in time please can you help me to resolve this issue My number is *** I'd.*** Email is ***
