Faulty Tablet

I am so disapointed and disgusted at Ackermans Store in Kuilsriver, after receiving a sticky service at their store on the 29thNov when I went to purchase a tablet for my son, well, I bought it and kept it in my car coz I was waiting for his school results to come and give to him as a passing present, to my suprise I found the phone with a cracked screen and returned it to the store, they denied that they sold to me a messed up phone, said if they send it for repair I will have to carry the costs, I couldn't show the tablet to my son, to this day it has got worst, the side of the screen is severely cracked it doesn't work. ....so I pretty much donated R700 to Ackermans for nonsense
