Faulty Phone

I bought a Nokia 105 at Ackermans in Clearwater Mall on 1 February 2016, only for it to stop working around the 9th of the same month. So the phone was taken back to its store of purchase on the 11th February, only to be told by the second consultant at the store that the phone is out of warranty (please note that it has not even been a month since phone was purchased), and also that the mechanics who worked on it, mentioned that there was something wrong within the phone and that the phone was never dropped off with the receipt of purchase so it can be fixed. Not sure as to which consultant to believe at the store, as there are two versions on what is wrong with the phone. But how can one purchase a phone and in less then a month, the store refuses to replace it, with that said, a customer told two different stories to what is wrong with the phone. Talk about day light *******. If this is the treatment that Ackermans gives to its customers, merely because they buy \cheap\" phone, then they should not even have them in stock. Fully knowing that the phones are faulty."
