Faulty Mobile

I bought a AG Mobile Tablet from Ackerman on the 25th September and on the 25th of October the touch screen was not responding, the phone was working it will ring but I was unable to answer as the touch screen was freezing and also I could not even read messages. in short the touch screen was not sensing any touch. I took it back and since I have been checking with Ackerman's but ii am not getting any joy as they say the company is not answering the calls since they sent the phone back to them. I went to check the phone agaon on the 19th but still couldn't get any answers from them. as we speak I don't have my phone.
