Faulty item purchased

We bought a phone and as we were preparing to set it up the camera was not working, decided to to return to the store and the so called manager by the name of Mokgadi at Ackermans connect at Dobsonville mall refused point blank to exchange or refund respecclaiming physical damage and the handset was not dropped or anything and it just a few hours having bought this handset, the attitude and rudeness of this manager
