Faulty Cellphone Exchanged.
After i logged a complain about my faulty cellphone battery, i received an email that the matter had been escalated. Within 24 hours i received a call from Princess Crossing that i should come and get a new cellphone. Thanks to the lady called Martha for being so Professional i did receive a New cellphone. Thanks again to Ackermans for a great customer service and resolving the matter.
