false response from ackermans

i logged a complaint here on hello peter about the dis****ional mobicel i bought from (denlyn mall) in mamelodi and they called to advise that the divisional manager will call me in 2 days and till now, no phone call nothing and i get a response from them here saying i was assisted?? nooo i wasn't i need to know what is the conclusion because i want the tablet that is working fine or my money back.. and please email me the manager's details @***
