False Prices on Shelves "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I went to Ackermans at Randburg yesterday 06-08-2019 to buy a power bank. At the shelf, they were 2 prices there for the same power bank. 1 was R149.00 and the other was R69.00, mind you, they are exactly the same 4000mAh. I asked the manager called Rito I think to give me the one for R69.00 I mean who wouldn't want it for the lower price. But he refused and said its a mistake. Not only did they put 2 prices on the shelf for the same thing, but the price after scanning the power bank was R129.00 and not R69 or R149. Imagine. A mistake to put 5 or more products under 1 price lower than the other. It is not my fault that they made an error. The services are unfair. where is customer's satisfaction there and customer is always right? I was right it asking to take the Power Bank for R69.00 because it was not my fault that they put wrong prices. I used to work at Game in Centurion and I know how that works and I should have been given that power Bank at the price I saw which was R69.00. Not happy at all. I still want the power bank with the price that I saw for R69.00 because it was not my fault that the staff members did not do the right job.
