I lodged a complaint at their customer care because they **** and falsely advertised that the Mobicel Neo (Vodacom) comes with a 16 gig which is a gig a day if you purchase a R29 Vodacom airtime. The store manager(maga) promised to come back at me. The head office never bothered to call me back. Don't purchase any digital deals at ackermans because they falsely advertise their deals!!! Tell head office to come take this phone if it does not come with that Vodacom Data. Sick and tired of emailing everyday and not getting any response
