**** advertising bad service
<p>My first bad experience at Ackermans Cradlestone ever, at first when i went to pay my DSTV i said i want to pay R30 then the cashier confirmed R30 i said yes when the transaction went through she swiped my card for R300 and told me it is not refundable! She then phoned multi choice and told me then that they can only put it back in 14 days! Today i went to Ackermans to withdraw cash as they advertise but then i was told that i can only withdraw if i spend R50 or more i then rep**** that this is pathetic and does not stand on the adverti*****t then just to get this reply “no it is not pathetic we must make our money as well!!!”i am not pleased with this branch at all i will never go there again.</p>
