Failing time management

Today I received a very bad service they open at 9 am but they opened at 9h15min and I went to the till to pay they where talking to each other I want attention the lady was listening to another I told her you open late and still not give service why don't you just open at 10am because you are failing...then she took my slip her manager was standing with her then he said I'm sorry the system have a promble with laybuys I must came sum other time yet I decided to be late at work well I told him I have no other time I never been ****ed like that I'm my life #ackermas must fall
