Failed delivery expectation and poor customer service

Worst experience ever!

If you cannot manage online orders, please leave that business to people who can. I had an order for over R1000 for 10 different people and you failed to meet the expectations!!!! The online website specifically said 3-5 working days, when I call I am given a delivery company dpd laser!! I had to call them with my damn money. They didn’t even help they are dumb and full of lies, an order that had to arrive latest Friday is now to be said “ow Saturday, or Monday” is that even professional for a huge company like this??? Ow not to mention your *********** consultants there at ackermans who promised to get back to me and never did. Only one lady Shirley tried her best yesterday but the other 2 from today wow what a nightmare!!!!

I hope and pray that you see this review and escalate the matter and resolve it so that other people don’t get impacted by such incompetence ever!!!

I want my damn refund and 10 other people that expected this order have definitely lost their trust in ackermans too!
