Extremely poor queue management

The queue at Ackermans Quagga Mall is unbearable. There is currently only one cashier manning the queue, while others are counting money.. Others are on the floor. The amount of time spent in the queue at this store is always a problem, I was here yesterday and there as a similar situation. Can the management of the store please look into managing the queue. There is personnel in the store, but all seem to be busy with something else.
