Extreme bad serbice

I did money transfer with Ackerman's on the 27th January,the till could not take out withdrawal number after I have punched in the pin code, the store,hammanskraal called customer service I was told I will receive withdrawal number in 5 hours time till today the 30 Jan, they keep on telling me Absa will send withdrawal number within 72 hrs,it was not my fault after all. But I'm suffering the consequences of accessing my money which we are made to believe its same time transaction
