Extraordinary Service

I walked into Ackermans and I was welcomed with a smile by Dion Raas was extremely friendly which is something you would never receive at Ackermans in Southgate i was totally shocked he made me feel like a VIP. I wanted a phone but he told me it was out of stock he then told me that he would call me when they received stock. I left the store feeling real sad. the next day i received a call from someone else he assigned the task to as he was off. I went in the day after the call and was assisted yet again by Dion Raas who yet again welcomed me with a smile and he remembered me which was amazing since they deal with so many clients daily. He was was professional and friendly. I must admit i asked him so many questions because i did not understand the product and he answered me with a smile each time and never looked annoyed with any my questions. Ackermans in Southgate need more employees like Dion Raas keep up the great service
