Expired laybye

I made a laybye at the store at Moruleng Mall at that time i was staying in Moruleng but i got sick and had to come to Zeerust and could not pay off my laybye which led to the time to expire in December. I went to the local store in Zeerust to ask them ro assist me with taking few items with the cash that i payed as a deposit on my laybye but to my surprise U was told I must go to Moruleng Mall where the initial laybye was done they will help me.Im not working and cannot afford to go to Moruleng mall to collect items for R200 . The transport cost is double the amount I made the laybye with so my question is am I going to lose my money just because life happened to me which i didn't have control and allow Ackerman to make profit with money of which i dont have now. The service at the stores are something else there is no humanity anymore. Can I get clarity on this one because I am failing to understand they can exchange clothes without the slip anywhere but to assist with other branches laybye is not possible where the slip and thebID eas presented
