Expired food from ackermans

Yesterday I bought airtime, lollipops and a peanut brittle, i ate the peanut brittle yesterday and didn't finish it until today on my lunch break only to find that it's expired. The expiry date was 21st of January 2021. When i went to complain about i found other 5 peanut brittles still on the shelves and the manager told me that he was sorry and offered me 2 lunch bars. I don't understand why a whole store didn't see their stock that is expired, they putting our lives in danger. Im a loyal customer of ackermans and cannot always look over my shop when I buy something from them and need to check the expiry date everytime it's not fair. Employees are there to make sure that they check stock but no! How can they leave stock that expired on January on the shelves? I'm not happy and it's not the 1st time I complain about ackermans. Please do something about this or I'm going to involve a 3rd party on this matter.
