Exchange without a slip
I bought baby clothes in December for my newborn and the baby is big and can't fit so I need to exchange to a bigger size. I don't have the slip with all the items I bought however I have the receipt I got when I paid with my card and at the back it says exchanges are allowed even if you don't have a slip. Ackermans Bayside Mall in Cape Town would not allow me to exchange so why the false information on your slip?
